We don't mass produce:

All items are Made to Order - made special for you. As soon as you place an order, your item(s) go into production with our professional printing service and then shipped out to you directly! Because of this one-at-a-time production, it emphasizes zero waste and helps reduce overproduction and consumption of Earth's resources. Thank you for contributing to a more sustainable environment and shopping with Brivee!

If I place an order today, when will I receive it by?

Please allow 1-3 weeks from placing an order to receiving your package(s) at your doorstep. During the holidays, please add an additional 1-2 weeks. Refer to your email with your order tracking number for the most accurate tracking times.

I'm missing an item in my order?

In order to receive your item(s) as fast as possible, items may ship & arrive separately for orders with multiple items. Please refer to your email confirmation and tracking number. If you still need help, please contact us.

What is the Returns, Exchanges, & Refund policy?

All sales are final. Because all of our items are Made To Order - made special for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time.
